On 26 September at 8pm, the Municipal Pool of Mexilhoeira da Carregação will host the activity 🤽♀️Mega Hidro by Night Glow 2026🏊♀️, and registrations are already open!
Under the slogan "Be active" and as part of the 12th edition of the European Week of Sport, the Municipality of Lagoa in collaboration with the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth will promote the hydro gym class Mega Hidro by Night Glow 2026.
This hydro gym class reflects a European concern regarding sedentary lifestyles that are prevalent across Europe, promoting sports and health.
The Municipality of Lagoa has shown sensitivity and concern for this issue for several years, and is pleased to embrace this cause.
Participation is free and limited to the first 65 registrations, which can be made HERE.
