We're a small independent team based in the Algarve. Your subscription directly funds Algarve Atlas and Algarve Newsletter — no investors, no data sold.

Everything you need to know before subscribing.

  • Can I cancel any time?
    Yes. Cancel directly from the "Manage subscription" button — no questions, no fees. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
    You'll get a reminder before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the subscription kicks in on the plan you chose and your card is charged for the first time. Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple/Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details.
  • Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
    We don't charge cancellation fees, but we don't refund the period you've already paid for — you keep Premium until it ends. Annual subscribers who cancel within the first 14 days because they're unhappy get a full refund. Email hello@algarveatlas.com.
  • What happens to my favourites and itineraries if I cancel?
    They stay on your account. If you re-subscribe later you'll find everything where you left it. Free plan limits apply in the meantime (up to 15 favourites, etc.).
  • Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
    Yes, from the manage subscription portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and Stripe handles the prorating automatically.
  • Do you share my data with third parties?
    We don't sell personal data. We only use essential service providers (Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI Chat, Resend for emails) and we're GDPR compliant. Details in the privacy policy.
  • Can the price change?
    If we change pricing we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for at least 12 months.
