Learn to prepare the delicate choux pastry, modeling and baking techniques, fresher, delicious fillings for this time of year, and decorations with captivating fruits and toppings, both visually and to the palate. At the end, all the delights prepared will be yours! You will be able to taste everything that was made and also take your creations home to continue enjoying them after our meeting.
