The title evokes a gesture familiar to childhood: tapping someone on the shoulder and running away before they turn around.
The exhibition brings together fictional and real elements, memories, landscapes and a touch of nostalgia. This childish game resonates as a way of challenging us — or displacing us — from the place from which we normally view the world. The works on display do not share a theme, but an impulse: to crystallise in a moment what is usually hidden.
