The Chilreta Project is an initiative of the Nova Meta Association aimed at promoting the preservation of the Ria Formosa ecosystems through environmental awareness and active community participation.
Over the next few months, several environmental cleanup actions will be carried out, open to volunteers of all ages, with the goal of removing waste from nature and raising awareness of the importance of protecting our natural heritage, namely:
1st cleanup — June 27 and 28 — Ludo
2nd cleanup — July 11 and 12 — Praia de Faro
3rd cleanup — August 1 and 2 — Riverside Area
4th cleanup — August 15 and 16 — Praia de Faro
5th cleanup — September 12 and 13 — Ilha do Farol
