A beautiful, intimate space to slow down, reconnect with your body and create a little more balance in your week.
Our classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, pranayama, meditation and moments of stillness, with each practice intuitively guided by the energy of the group.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’re warmly welcome. There’s no pressure to perform or be perfect... just an invitation to arrive as you are and enjoy the practice.
