Event description: On an afternoon that already smells like the beach, nothing better than a Berlin Balls workshop to bring back the nostalgia of a summer day in the Algarve. Focused on the artisanal preparation of this pastry classic, teaching from the preparation of fluffy brioche dough to the traditional filling, as well as the secrets of fermentation, veil point, and shaping the balls, not forgetting the perfect frying to ensure a golden exterior and soft interior so that you can fully enjoy this experience!
