The Municipality of Lagoa invites you to experience a healthier, calmer, and more energetic summer with another edition of the 🌞Active Summer 2026🏖️ project, which consists of Yoga classes at Praia Grande, in Ferragudo.

Classes take place every Saturday and Tuesday at 08:45 from July 11 to August 15.

They are aimed at all residents and/or people who are on summer vacation in the municipality of Lagoa, allowing them to participate in physical exercise classes, providing a more active, healthy, and fun summer.

All classes are free access.

If you are in Lagoa, whether living or on vacation, take advantage of this unique opportunity to take care of your body and mind with the sea as a backdrop.
