We take our place on the deck, the chairs all facing inwards and we cosy up for an intro circle. Share who you are and what you're working on, in a room that's genuinely listening.

Then a stunning buffet style brunch and real conversation. The kind that wanders from business strategy to life philosophy to 'wait, do you know so-and-so?' in the space of twenty minutes.

Your Host

Hey, I'm Victoria Knowles-Lacks, the founder of Rose Warrior Creative Agency and "Wellness - The Algarve Edit".

I've been building businesses and communities since 2011.

I'm a 10x award-winning entrepreneur, a #1 bestselling author, certified business coach and I've held space for hundreds of women at pivotal moments, in retreats, in my programmes, in one-to-one coaching and in rooms exactly like this one.

My first business had 1,000+ members, did 100+ events a year, changed the face of an industry, I scaled it to a team of 12 and sold it a few years ago.

A spiritual seeker, I moved to the Algarve with my little boy, I totally fell in love with the wellness scene here, and we're building an intentional life here.

I'm currently working with clients internationally, curating a local guide and building a beautiful, aligned community for women on the rise.

This is just the beginning.
