On behalf of 11:11 Yoga Art Gallery, we are delighted to introduce a new addition to our events: Collective Release Day Retreats. Dee & SeviOn behalf of 11:11 Yoga Art Gallery, we are happy to introduce our new Collective Release Day Retreats.
This one-day immersive experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and release stored emotions in a safe and supportive space. Through somatic practices, Kundalini Activation, breathwork, and meditation, we guide the body into deep relaxation while supporting the nervous system to reset and return to balance.
Join us for a day of emotional release, clarity, and inner renewal.
The retreat takes place on Friday 24th July and Friday 4th September, from 10:00 to 17:00 at Quinta da Palmeira Encantada in Almancil.
Your day includes guided practices, a yoga session, Kundalini Activation, and a nourishing organic vegan lunch, all within an intimate group of maximum 10 participants.
Early Bird is €150 (first 5 spots, €80 deposit and €70 on the day). Regular price is €180 (€100 deposit and €80 on the day).
