Rallye Casinos do Algarve 2026

Lagoa will once again host the 🚗Rallye Casinos do Algarve 2026💨, part of the Portugal Rally Championship, taking place on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd October. The usual Service Park / Closed Park will be at the Municipal Fair and Exhibition Park in Lagoa (Fatacil venue) from 1st to 3rd October, with the Official Start of the Rally for Friday's stage on 2nd October at 15:20.

The 🚗Algarve Casinos Rally 2026💨 returns to the Algarve from 1 to 3 October, establishing itself as one of the most important events in national motorsport, bringing together drivers, teams, sponsors, and thousands of motorsport enthusiasts.

In this edition, the Municipality of Lagoa is partnering with this major event, hosting its main operational base at the Municipal Park of Fairs and Exhibitions of Lagoa (Fatacil venue). The recognised logistical qualities, excellent accessibility, and central location make this space a preferred choice for organising the event.

Over three days, the Municipal Park of Fairs and Exhibitions in Lagoa will host the Closed Park, Assistance Park, Fun Park, as well as the Start and Finish areas, bringing together the main services and activities of the rally in one location. This initiative has proven to be a great success, providing better conditions for teams, organisers, sponsors, and the public.

Activities begin on Thursday, 1st October with administrative and technical checks.

On Friday, 2nd October, between 8:00 and 12:00, the Shakedown will take place in Silves, north of the city. This is an opportunity for competitors to make final adjustments before the start of the event.

The Official Start of the Rally takes place on the 2nd at 15:20 in Lagoa, at the Lagoa Fair and Exhibition Park.

Competitors will then head to the barlavento region, where they will compete in the special stages of Vila do Bispo / Lagos and Barão de São João / Budens.

The reassembly and signing session is scheduled for Lagos at 8:00 PM, where the contestants will have the opportunity to interact with the public before the City Stage of Lagos, which will start at 9:00 PM.

On Saturday, the rally heads to the municipality of Silves, which will host 2 qualifying stages with double runs through the sections of São Bartolomeu de Messines and São Marcos da Serra, interspersed with the section of Santana da Serra in the municipality of Ourique, and a stop at the service park in the Municipal Park of Fairs and Exhibitions of Lagoa, followed by regrouping in Silves.

The event concludes with the City Stage of Portimão at 16:41, followed by the Podium Ceremony and award presentation at 18:00.

The Algarve Casinos Rally 2026 is organised by the Algarve Automobile Club under the auspices of the FPAK, sponsored by Solverde Casinos and Hotels and the municipalities of Lagoa, Lagos, Portimão, Silves, and Ourique.
