The Earrings of Ronaldo and Other Stories

As part of the national celebrations for the Municipal Day for Equality, the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium in Lagoa will host the play 🎭 The Earrings of Ronaldo and Other Stories ⚽ on 22 October at 19:00. Tickets will be available soon via the Online Ticket Office and usual outlets.

Three performers for thirty characters. A lively, fast-paced, and intense show, reflecting the rush of life. Like each of our lives and the world around us: everyday situations, exemplary cases, and the irony of prejudices, gender stereotypes, and the regulation of behaviour to which we are subjected. From the office to the hairdresser, from the doctor's office to the square, from the taxi to the front gate, from fitness sessions to football matches, situations from which we cannot escape: every gesture was created because it was already ours, every word was spoken because we have already said it.

The show The Earrings of Ronaldo and Other Stories seeks, with much humour, to build a future with greater equality.

Tickets for this show cost €4 (discount available for holders of the Cultural Passport, available at Lagoa Municipality ticket offices) and will be on sale soon at the Online Ticket Office, at CTT ticket offices, Fnac, Worten, Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, Cultural Centre Convento de S. José, and the Lagoa Municipal Council's Single Counter.
