Mind&Body in Wineries

The Viva+ Program is promoting another activity within its scope, with the event 🧘‍♀️Mind&Body in Wineries🌄 on July 10, from 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM, at Quinta do Sol, in Lagoa, and participation is free.

The Municipality of Lagoa is attentive to the need to stimulate and promote healthy lifestyle habits, offering occasional physical activities for everyone to experience and practice existing modalities in the Viva+ Program.

On July 10, in the late afternoon, participate in a 🧘‍♀️Mind&Body🌄 activity that includes Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation to the sound of Tibetan bowls, with specialized instructors who will provide a unique moment of practice and relaxation.

The activity will take place from 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM at Quinta do Sol - Lombos, in Lagoa.
