The Municipal Health Office of Vila Real de Santo António will promote another Senior Matinée, as part of the project "Caring for Those Who Cared".
The António Aleixo Cultural Center will once again open its doors to participants of the project "Caring for Those Who Cared" and to users of ARPI of VRSA, on August 22 (Saturday), between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, in an afternoon aimed at enhancing social interaction and community participation.
Through music, dance, and social interaction, the "Senior Matinées" seek to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being, stimulate active participation, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and contribute to enhancing self-esteem, autonomy, and the sense of belonging to the community.
