The session presents the second volume of the Lagos WellTech Summit 2026, dedicated to the contribution of Lagos in Shape towards a healthier, more active, and sustainable city. The work gathers reflections and experiences shared at the summit, complemented by interviews and contributions on the local reality. It explores the relationship between physical activity, prevention, active ageing, social inclusion, mobility, housing, and quality of life, highlighting the role of facilities, programmes, and partnerships of Lagos in Shape in the well-being of the community. The launch aims to introduce the publication, acknowledge the contributions that made it possible, and promote dialogue on how the municipality, institutions, and citizens can collaborate in building territories that favour health and autonomy throughout life. It also serves as a moment to share the legacy of the 2026 edition of the Lagos WellTech Summit and to open up to the next stages of this territorial agenda.
