Take this opportunity to slow down, relax your nervous system, connect with your inner self, and cultivate love and positivity. No experience is needed — simply bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

🧘‍♂️ Your Guide — Coach Andy This meditation will be guided by Coach Andy, who has been teaching heart-centered meditation and mind-body practices for decades.

With a lifetime devoted to inner work, nervous system regulation, and consciousness training, Andy holds space in a way that is both deeply grounded and profoundly accessible. His approach is warm, real, and welcoming to all — whether this is your first meditation or part of a long spiritual path.

📍 Location We are located in the Santander Building in downtown Loulé, near the Municipal Park.

Parking is available in the park — from there, simply walk over to the building and come on in. We can’t wait to welcome you into the space.
