Active Sundays return with another proposal dedicated to promoting physical activity and well-being, inviting the community to try Pickleball, a sport that has been gaining more and more practitioners worldwide.
Combining elements of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, Pickleball is characterized by being a dynamic sport, easy to learn, and accessible to participants of all ages and experience levels.
The activity will take place on June 28, at the Alvor Sports Complex, with three sessions available at 09:00, 10:00, and 11:00.
Participation is free, with prior registration required, and all necessary materials for practice, including paddles and balls, as well as access to water points and sanitary facilities, will be provided.
Spaces are limited, so interested parties should ensure their registration in advance.
