The quieter colder season is arriving and we’d love to welcome it together. We warm up our voices through an open heart and start the slow season by integrating the summer. Time to nourish our inner center and go a little more inwards. We’ll guide you through the evening with somatic practice to, a cacao ritual and lots of singing with medicine songs.
