Online registrations are now open, or renew your registration, for the 2026/27 season at the 🚶♀️Lagoa Municipal Walking and Running Center🏃♂️ at the Municipal Stadium of Bela Vista, in Parchal.
The Lagoa Municipal Walking and Running Center, located at the Municipal Stadium of Bela Vista, is one of several centers participating in the National Walking and Running Program of the Portuguese Athletics Federation. This program aims not only to value and promote athletics but also to promote physical exercise, contribute to better health for its participants, and promote social inclusion.
The Lagoa Municipal Walking and Running Center is active and operates autonomously or with guided training. You can walk or run under the best practice conditions. With extended hours, you can access the Track all day, including Saturday mornings.
The Bela Vista Athletics Track is open to registered participants of the CMMC of Lagoa, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (subject to confirmation and availability).
You can also benefit from guided training with a specialized technician on Wednesdays, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
The CMMC Lagoa was recently awarded the PNMC – Gold Excellence Certificate, as part of the national evaluation promoted by the National Walking and Running Plan (PNMC), which the Municipality of Lagoa is very proud of, as it aims to continue promoting informal and accessible sports, fostering healthy lifestyle habits among citizens of all ages.
