• Breathwork: we begin with a guided breathing practice, supported by carefully curated music, to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for the journey ahead.

• Life Force Kundalini Activation: an immersive musical and energetic journey, where you simply lie down and allow yourself to receive. This process supports the release of stagnant emotions & physical tension, reconnecting you with your inner world and inviting a greater alignment between body, mind and heart. You may experience: tingling sensations, emotional release, spontaneous movement, profound insights, or deep relaxation. Every journey is unique and everything is welcome. Your body receives exactly what it needs. (If you have any back issues that would prevent you from lying down for around one hour on a yoga mat, please let me know beforehand).

• Journaling & Integration: we always close with time for journaling and integration, giving you a moment to reflect and anchor your insights into lasting transformation.
