Athletes from around the world will gather in Albufeira from 30 October to 7 November for the 12th edition of the World Championships in Swimming and Artistic Swimming for Athletes with Down Syndrome. Organised by the Down Syndrome International Swimming Organisation (DSISO), with the support of the Albufeira Council, the main competitive focus of the event will be pure swimming.
