Author Marinel Oxiela will present her tenth published poetry work on 3 September at 18:00 at the Vicente Campinas Municipal Library.
The book presentation session titled "Life is a Poem!..." will be led by Maria Luísa Travassos, director of the Jornal do Algarve.
Marinel Oxiela is the pseudonym used by Maria Manuel Aleixo in her literary work.
Born in Vila Real de Santo António, she showed a great interest in Mathematics from an early age, completing a degree in Mathematical Sciences at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon.
She worked as a Mathematics teacher throughout her professional career and has been retired since 2003.
