25 Years of Stories: Lagoa Municipal Pool Celebrates its Anniversary

Over generations, children have taken their first strokes, athletes have grown towards competition, and many hearts have found their true refuge in rehabilitation, health, and sports at this facility.

We celebrate a quarter of a century of an establishment that is a living symbol of our municipality, a meeting place for health and dynamism built by and for the people of Lagoa.

Thanks to the Municipality of Lagoa's ongoing commitment to sports and the tireless dedication of all professionals, we proudly celebrate this milestone, having already received 4 consecutive years of distinction with the Degree of Excellence (the highest level) from the Portuguese Swimming Federation, as part of the Lagoa a Nadar programme.

To mark this unforgettable milestone, we invite the entire community to join us for the official celebrations:
