Relax and ground into your day with a morning of beach yoga on the Algarve coast, Lagos.A gentle yoga class to wake up easy and begin your day with movement and intention, led by an experienced instructor.

You will be warmly welcomed at our meeting spot at Gelato e Amore between 08:00 - 08:10.

From there, we will stroll together to our yoga practice spot on one of Lagos’ beautiful beaches, Praia da Batata.

Relax, connect, and leave feeling energisedand inspired by the Algarve coast.

Yoga mats are provided for you. Simply choose your preferred day and reserve your place.
