The X Miles of Guadiana returns for its 31st edition in 2026. The international athletics event X Miles of Guadiana will return in 2026 for its 31st edition, connecting the municipalities of Vila Real de Santo António, Castro Marim, and Ayamonte, over a distance of 16.09 kilometres. The race starts in Portugal and finishes in Spain, taking place entirely on road, in the direction of vehicular traffic. The event expects to host up to a thousand athletes, with an entry fee of 10 euros, and mobilises around 200 people, including organisers, security forces, medical teams, judges, volunteers, and support teams for participants.
