10th Adapted Surf Meeting

Praia da Rocha once again becomes a stage for overcoming and inspiration with the 10th Adapted Surf Meeting, bringing together surfers with disabilities from all over the country in an environment of inclusion, equality, and sportsmanship.

With the support of specialized teams and adapted equipment, the athletes face the waves and demonstrate that there are no limits when there is a passion for the sport. In addition to the sporting aspect, the meeting aims to promote awareness of diversity and universal access to surfing.

Organized by the Portimão City Council, in partnership with the Portimão Surf Club, PlaySurf/Marina de Portimão Yacht Club, and the Future Eco Surf School/Clube Naval de Portimão, the event has been nationally recognized as Local Event of the Year by Cidade Social, under the Friendly Municipality of Sport program.
