As part of the II Mental Health Week, Mónica Martins will lead the workshop ‘Getting to Know Myself to Care for Myself’ on 7 October, from 18:00 to 20:00, at the Youth House of VRSA – former António Aleixo Primary School.
Aimed at young people and adults, the workshop is supported and collaborated on by the Youth Department of the Municipal Council.
Participation is free, and registrations can be made via the QR Code available on the event poster.
