Synopsis By Chance is a graphic experimentation workshop that invites participants to create a poster without a computer, briefing, or predefined idea. Using everyday materials, random words, games, and small challenges, we explore chance, error, and intuition as creative tools. Here, there is no need to know where we want to end up: first, we experiment, then we discover what to do with what we find.

Biography Catarina Nunes is a communication designer from Portimão, Algarve. She holds a degree in Communication Design from Universidade Lusófona. Her practice intersects graphic design, editorial design, and visual identity, with a particular interest in research, culture, and experimental processes. She develops projects that explore different ways of communicating and bringing design closer to people.
