The Institute for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is hosting a webinar on 22 October titled "Inclusive Service: Humanisation and Quality of Services for People with Disabilities". This initiative is part of the Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2026-2030.
The aim is to promote the adoption of professional practices that ensure inclusive, humanised, and quality service for people with disabilities, addressing communication strategies, interpersonal relationships, and actions in various contexts.
Targeting professionals who provide public service and those in transport, communication, tourism, and other fields interested in inclusion and the rights of persons with disabilities, the webinar is free to attend but requires registration here.
