Since its foundation in 1717, Freemasonry has been the subject of various opinions and analyses up to the present day. Esteemed by some, misunderstood by others, this ancient fraternal society arrived in Portugal in the 18th century and made its presence felt in Lagos from the dawn of the following century. This guided tour will allow participants to learn a bit about its history, its memories, and some of its protagonists in Lagos during the 19th and 20th centuries.
