The adrenaline of BMX racing returns to the Municipal Track at the Youth Park in Portimão on 29 August with the André Duarte BMX Race Trophy 2026.
Organised by the Portimão BMX Club, the competition brings together athletes from various clubs and different categories for a day filled with speed, technique, and excitement.
The event pays tribute to André Duarte, an athlete trained at the Portimão BMX Club and a reference in Portuguese BMX, celebrating his journey and connection to the sport.
The programme starts at 17:30 with block training, followed by qualification heats at 19:00. The finals are scheduled for 20:30.
