The remnants of an ancient tropical sea from the time of the dinosaurs serve as the starting point for a walk in the Escarpão Plateau. Promoted by the Albufeira Municipal Council, this initiative is part of the programme «Trails of Time – Walk, Discover, Protect!» and invites participants to explore the landscape and geological heritage of the municipality.
