Two artists bring to life a project where music and poetry from Persian tradition intertwine with Iberian sounds, creating an intense and poetic journey that connects East and West, giving voice to cultures and musical expressions in resistance.
Inspired by the tradition of ancient tertúlias (places for gathering, listening, and sharing) and the image of swallows (symbols of return, community, and travel), the "Tertúlia das Andorinhas" cycle brings together artists from different backgrounds in an intimate space where music can be experienced with time, attention, and dialogue.
This cultural initiative in Vila Real de Santo António features a programme that values diversity and depth in musical languages, with each session providing a moment of listening, prioritising closeness between artists and the audience.
Tickets are priced at €15 and can be purchased at the António Aleixo Cultural Centre or at www.bol.pt.
