Duo Lundú, consisting of lyric singer Joana Godinho and guitarist José Farinha, has been active for over 25 years, focusing on the interpretation of repertoire for voice and guitar, featuring works from Western classical music spanning the 16th to 20th centuries.

Throughout their journey, the duo has performed at various concerts and festivals across the country, known for their interpretative quality and the unique interplay between voice and guitar. Their repertoire emphasises chamber music, particularly the Portuguese musical heritage of the 19th century, establishing a connection between classical tradition and traditional-inspired music. The diversity of the repertoire is complemented by the use of a romantic guitar (1800) and classical guitar, tailored to the characteristics of each programme.

In 2016, Duo Lundú received the Ensemble Advanced diploma from ABRSM – Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, with the highest technical-artistic references, marking a significant milestone in their artistic journey.
