What happens when you give yourself a full day to slow down and reconnect with yourself? Time to notice how you're feeling. To move your body without rushing. To put your phone away and give yourself some attention.

After our summer Sunset Gatherings with Yoga and Life Force Kundalini Activation, many of you asked for more. So this is why this retreat was born: a full day in a beautiful dome to go deeper together. ♡

✨️ WHAT WE’LL SHARE: • Cacao to open our time together • Two grounding yoga practices • Pranayama and Breathwork • Two Life Force Kundalini Activation journeys • Guided reflection and journaling • A nourishing brunch and snacks • Time for integration and connection with the group

We’ll alternate guided practices with time to rest and reflect, so you have space to absorb the experience.

✨️ WHAT IS LIFE FORCE KUNDALINI ACTIVATION? This is a guided somatic practice that invites you to bring your attention to your body and explore your inner world. You'll simply lie down on a yoga mat while music and gentle facilitation support the experience. Some people experience deep relaxation or emotional release. Others notice moments of clarity, or subtler changes in how they feel. Each session is different, and there's nothing to force. New to these practices? You’re welcome too! No previous experience is needed.

✨️ MEET YOUR FACILITATORS: Liza is a certified Breathwork Instructor and Life Force Kundalini Activation Facilitator, with a background in Psychology. Her approach brings care and grounded guidance to inner exploration. Emy is a yoga teacher whose work focuses on mindful movement and presence, helping people reconnect with themselves through the body. Together, we bring complementary approaches that create a balanced experience of grounding, movement and energy work.
