Starting at 2:00 PM, in Santa Rita, there will be a walk for the identification and collection of cardoon, followed by a fresh cheese workshop led by Maria Teresa Madeira.
The "Counted Steps" cycle is organized by CIIPC - Research and Information Center of the Heritage of Cacela, from the Municipality of Vila Real de Santo António.
