The book “The Return to You” invites readers to traverse the layers that separate us from who we are and to return to the body, to the truth, and to the life that still pulses within us.
More than just a reading, this book proposes an inner journey. It does not offer ready-made answers or a single path for everyone. It opens space to feel, recognise cycles, listen to what has been silenced, and rediscover what, within us, has never truly ceased to exist.
Each page can become a meeting place: with a memory, a wound, a question, or a part of us that wishes to return home.
Mafalda Mira is an artist, author, and facilitator of human journeys, residing in Sagres. Her work intersects painting, writing, the body, and live expression, creating spaces where each person can connect with themselves and recognise what needs to be felt, traversed, and transformed.
She is the author of “The Return to You”, published in 2025.
