MINDFULNESS & PERSONAL GROWTH: EMOTIONAL MENTAL MAP, by Sofia Loureiro

Theme: Mental and Emotional Clarity

In this session, participants will create an emotional mental map to organize what occupies their minds in the present moment, identifying what they wish to simplify, nurture, or release. Through intuitive writing and mindfulness practices, each person will gain a clearer view of their internal needs and emotional priorities. It is necessary to bring writing materials.

BIOGRAPHY: Sofia Loureiro is a natural therapist specialized in Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and author of several guides on natural health and personal development, as well as the Cards of Sensitivity and Empathy. With a PhD in Sciences, she integrates mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence to help people regulate their nervous systems, gain emotional clarity, and live purposefully. She currently dedicates herself to training and mentoring in the field of high sensitivity and personal growth, bringing accessible and transformative practices to the public. More information here.
