MINDFULNESS & PERSONAL GROWTH: LIMITING BELIEFS, by Sofia Loureiro

Theme: Internal Liberation

In this session, participants will identify their limiting beliefs and understand how these thought patterns influence emotions, choices, and behaviors. Through guided reflection and mindfulness practices, each person will transform these beliefs into more realistic, compassionate, and empowering narratives. Outcome: clarity about one's own journey, understanding of personal cycles, and the possibility of adopting new ways to view the past with compassion and renewal. It is necessary to bring writing materials.

BIOGRAPHY: Sofia Loureiro is a natural therapist specialized in Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and author of several guides on natural health and personal development, as well as the Sensitivity and Empathy Cards. With a PhD in Sciences, she integrates mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence to help people regulate their nervous system, gain emotional clarity, and live with purpose. She currently focuses on training and mentoring in the area of high sensitivity and personal growth, bringing accessible and transformative practices to the public. More information here.
