Let's discover various medicinal plants and trees such as Willow, Saint Robert, Ash, Nasturtiums, Cistus, Pennyroyal, Myrtle, Strawberry tree, Rosemary, St. John's Wort, Fennel, Mallow, or Marigolds.

Program

11h - Meeting and presentations.

11:15 AM - Start of the botanical walk on the trails of the Alportel Biodiversity Station.

13:30 - Lunch/picnic

17h - Return to the Land of Alma

17:30h - Circle of chants, medicine music, and traditional Portuguese music (optional)

USEFUL INFORMATION

✅ Bring comfortable shoes for walking.

✅ Bring a towel and swimsuit if you want to bathe in the waterfall.

✅ Children can attend and it's free (it's very important to instill in them from a young age this love for walking in Mother Nature).

Dedicated 20 years of his life to training naturopaths and teaching people the benefits of using Medicinal Plants for their health.

Over the years, this knowledge has been disseminated in various ways, including the publication of books on Medicinal Plants, appearances on television and radio programs, shares on social media, retreats, walks, and festivals.

Currently, he shares his technical and scientific knowledge in the "Online Course on Medicinal Plants - Use and Scientific Foundations" and "Conversations with Medicinal Plants".

Share your spiritual and ancestral knowledge in the journeys "Sophia Mater - The Wisdom of Mother", "Guardians of Medicinal Plants" and "Medicinal Plants and the 7 Chakras".

Author of the books: "Naturopathy, Nature Heals Nature" from 2011 and "The Medicinal Plants That Help You Lose Weight" from 2014 and 4 Spiritual Almanacs, from 2022 to 2025.
