Relax and ground into your day with a morning of beach yoga on the Algarve coast, Lagos.Tumble outta bed and I stumble to the beach,

Pour myself a cup of belief ,

And yawn and stretch and try to come to life -

Or whatever exactly Dolly Parton was singing. She did not sing about early morning yoga classes, but if she did, I'm pretty sure it would go like that.

Yes, it's an early start to the day! And I can't guarantee you won't question your life choices when the alarm goes off.

However, I can confirm it's well worth giving it a go!

The beach in the morning just hits differently.

The waves roll gently in and out. A sense of calm is evoked from the first step onto the beach.

Getting out of bed is the challenge. Once you are there, it’s all about waking up easy.

Gentle stretching, mindful transitions between poses and a little spice to activate you. Like a sweet drink with a shot of espresso.

This class is designed for all levels and will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and ready to enjoy the day with a sense of ease and grounding.

Yoga mats provided.
