Heart Meditation

Heart-centered guided meditation with Coach Andy — a peaceful space to slow down, connect inward, and reset your nervous system in community.

Welcome to our Heart Meditation Event 🤍

Come join us for a peaceful session of heart meditation on February 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM (Europe/Lisbon Time).

Take this opportunity to slow down, relax your nervous system, connect with your inner self, and cultivate love and positivity. No experience is needed — simply bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

🧘‍♂️ Your Guide — Coach Andy This meditation will be guided by Coach Andy, who has been teaching heart-centered meditation and mind-body practices for decades.

With a lifetime devoted to inner work, nervous system regulation, and consciousness training, Andy holds space in a way that is both deeply grounded and profoundly accessible. His approach is warm, real, and welcoming to all — whether this is your first meditation or part of a long spiritual path.

📍 Location We are located in the Santander Building in downtown Loulé, near the Municipal Park.

Parking is available in the park — from there, simply walk over to the building and come on in. We can’t wait to welcome you into the space.

🎟️ Registration & Boundaries Your Eventbrite payment reserves your space in the meditation.

Because seating is limited and prepared in advance, refunds are not provided for no-shows or missed events. Thank you for honouring this boundary and respecting the energy and preparation that goes into holding the space.

💗 Donations If you feel called, donations are gratefully accepted after the meditation. This is always optional and offered in the spirit of generosity and reciprocity.

We look forward to sitting in heart-centered presence together.
