Training in Financial Literacy

As part of the Municipality of Portimão's commitment to empowering and valuing young people and youth organisations, free training sessions aimed at the young community and associations in the municipality are back.

On 26 September 2026, Lugar do Rio - Espaço Jovem Portimão will host another free training session, this time on Financial Literacy, providing useful content and tools for better money management and more informed financial decision-making.

Target audience: young people, members of the Municipal Youth Council, youth workers and agents of the associative movement.

Participation is free (with limited registrations) via email juventude@cm-portimao.pt.

This is another initiative of the National Training Plan for Municipalities, developed by FNAJ – National Federation of Youth Associations, of which Portimão is a part, integrating the National Network of Youth-Friendly Municipalities.
