Exhibition "And Instead of Fear? Arteopathy - Art as Healing" From October 1 to 29

Through art, we can transform fear into courage, creativity, and expression. This exhibition features works created by students from the 5th to 8th grades of EB 2, 3 São Pedro do Mar, Quarteira, as part of the Meeting Point project of the National Arts Plan, developed by the Municipal Library of Loulé and the Agrupamento de Escolas Dra. Laura Ayres, Quarteira. Starting from the question “And instead of fear”, students explore emotions, fears, and strategies to confront them through mind maps, posters, and artistic creations. The journey culminated in the construction of “Healing Boxes for Fear”, objects that creatively and symbolically express different ways of dealing with what frightens us. An exhibition that invites us to look at fear differently: what if, instead of fear, we choose to create, share, and act?
