The Municipality of Portimão resumes various projects related to the 2025/2026 sports season starting from September 15, proposing the practice of 25 modalities, from maintenance gymnastics and adapted tennis, swimming, water aerobics, ballet and contemporary dance, cardio fit or total fit, among other physical activities, as well as three municipal projects, “Exercise & Health”, “Diabetes in Motion” and “Portimão Rosa” aimed at the population with special needs.

With all this sports offering, the Municipality of Portimão aims to promote health through regular physical activity, encouraging citizens to integrate into various programs aimed at different age groups, which will allow them to acquire healthier lifestyles.
