Join us by the ocean for a special Summer Solstice edition of our monthly Sunset Gathering. An invitation to slow down, breathe and simply be.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a beautiful celebration of light, vitality and new beginnings. Together, we’ll share a gentle heart-opening cacao, a grounding breathwork meditation to calm the nervous system, a space to set intentions for the season ahead & time to enjoy the sunset together.
✨ What to expect: ▫️ Heart-opening cacao ▫️ Gentle guided breathwork meditation ▫️ Reflection and intention setting ▫️ Authentic connection & community ▫️ A safe, relaxed and welcoming space
💫 Conscious donation (suggested starting from 10€).
🧘 What to bring: A yoga mat or beach towel, a warm sweater for after sunset, and an open heart.
