. Join us for a beautiful sunset by the ocean ♡ Co-hosted by Liza (@kundalini.algarve) and Emy (****@****em.yoga_om), we'll guide you through a journey designed to calm the mind, gently ground you into the body, and help you reconnect deeply with yourself.

What is Life Force Kundalini Activation? This is a gentle, guided energy experience where you simply relax, listen to the music, and allow your body to receive. Each experience is unique, and there is nothing you need to do or achieve: just remain open to whatever unfolds naturally.
No previous experience is needed. Whether you're experienced or it's your first time with these practices, you're warmly welcome!
🧘 What to bring: Your own yoga mat, a warm sweater for after sunset, and an open heart.
