From Market to Kitchen: Flavours of the Serra

The Loulé Market is the starting point for this experience, where participants are invited to discover fresh, local products, visit the producers' stalls, and select the ingredients that will later be transformed into a meal inspired by the traditional cuisine of Loulé and the Mediterranean Diet.

After visiting the market and selecting the products, we proceed to the kitchen, where there will be a brief introduction to the techniques and ingredients to be used, followed by a practical cooking component.

Throughout the experience, participants will learn to prepare three traditional dishes:

Starter: Tiborna de Salada Montanheira

Main course: Galinha Cerejada à Loulé

Dessert: Torta de Alfarroba
