The "Awaken in Motion" event promotes physical and mental health and well-being, without a competitive aspect. Part of the European Week of Sport, the event invites the community to participate in a 10 km run, a 5 km walk, or a group exercise class.
The morning culminates in our "Partner Village", a social space with activities focused on nutrition, sustainability, and health literacy, aimed at families, groups, and individuals of all ages.
