Each initiative requires a minimum number of participants. If this is not reached, the activity may be cancelled.

To the magical sound of harmonic instruments, we will inhale and exhale with the help of jungle animals, explore moments of play, slow and fast movements, and surf on the waves of breath. Through playful activities, music, movement, and group dynamics, children and families dive into an enchanted world where everything is connected. A moment to feel, create, play, and discover inspired by the book “Mindfulness for Children”, by Chiara Piroddi.

BIOGRAPHIES: Vanessa Alexandra is a therapist of Integrative Psychodance (Dr. Ercilia Orellana, Barcelona), a certified facilitator of Biodanza SRT®, a facilitator of Circular Dances, a clinical hypnotherapist, and a writer. She is trained in Biodanza with Voice, Music and Percussion and Biocentric Education and Biodanza in Organisations. Ongoing training: The Vocal Impulse Advanced Practicum (Chloe Goodchild).

JeanJacques is a Sound therapist, Gong master, Integrative Psychodance therapist (Dr. Ercilia Orellana, Barcelona), and a certified facilitator of Biodanza SRT®. He is trained in Biodanza and Neo-Shamanism and Biodanza with Voice, Music, and Percussion. Ongoing training: The Vocal Impulse Advanced Practicum (Chloe Goodchild).

Free parking - The Centro Cultural de Lagos and the Municipal Library of Lagos offer free parking at the Frente Ribeirinha park (Avenida dos Descobrimentos) for the audience of their shows/events. To receive the discount, users must present a stamp obtained at the ticket office of the Centro Cultural de Lagos or the entrance of the Municipal Library of Lagos. The offer applies only one hour before and up to one hour after each show/event.
